This policy covers the okayfellow website. It explains what information the website handles when you visit it or contact us.
It does not cover the 9 Identity application itself. If you have questions about how 9 Identity handles data, please ask before purchasing.
What the website does not collect
The website has no account system, so there are no account profiles, no passwords and no login sessions. There are no sign-up forms and no contact forms.
The website does not process payments. 9 Identity is distributed through direct sales, which are arranged by email.
Information you send by email
When you email [email protected], for example through one of the contact links, we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include.
We use it to reply and to handle your inquiry, such as a 9 Identity license request. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and for reasonable record keeping. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Email is also handled by your email provider and ours, under their own policies.
Technical data processed by hosting providers
Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider and network infrastructure. When you visit, those providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, for example in server or network logs used for security and reliability.
We do not claim that no such logs exist. Those providers handle this data under their own policies.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not currently use behavioral analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.
Local storage
If you pick a theme (Light, Dark or System), your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key okayfellow-theme so the site can remember it. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
Third-party requests
Fonts, scripts and images are served from this website itself. The site does not load third-party fonts, analytics scripts, social media widgets or embedded content.
